Scheme of Delegation definition

Scheme of Delegation means an instrument by the Directors delegating such powers and responsibilities of the Directors as may be appropriate for them to delegate to the Local Governing Bodies consistently with the Objects;
Scheme of Delegation means the terms of reference for the delegation of powers and responsibilities by the Directors to the Local Governing Bodies;

Scheme of Delegation means the arrangements for the discharge of functions and delegations set out in this Schedule.
