Scholarship Sponsor definition

Scholarship Sponsor means the state of Missouri, an instrumentality of the state of Missouri, a political subdivision of the state of Missouri, or an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, in each case who establishes one or more accounts as part of a scholarship program;
Scholarship Sponsor means the State of Connecticut or a local government in this State, or an agency or instrumentality of this State or local government, or a Section 501(c)(3) Organization, in each case who establishes one or more Accounts as part of a Scholarship program;
Scholarship Sponsor means the organisation or entity that has funded the Recipient’s scholarship.

  • Scholarship means a Scholarship as set out in Rule C 3 (a) (i) of the rules of The FA.
