Terms of Business means Jersey Post’s Terms of Business, a copy of which is available at www.jerseypost.com, as amended from time to time.
Line of Business means any of the following services provided by the Contractor: Residential
Permitted Line of Business as defined in Section 7.14(a).
Class of business means all or a distinct grouping of small employers as shown on the records of the small employer carrier.
Eligible Line of Business means any business engaged in as of the date of this Agreement by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Place of business means any bona fide office (other than a mere statutory office), factory, warehouse or other space which is occupied and used by the taxpayer in carrying on any business activity individually or through one or more of his regular employees regularly in attendance.
Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;
Material Change means a change that an average, careful investor would want to know about before making an investment decision. If a material change occurs afler you make an investment commitment but before the ORering closes, then the Company will notify you and ask whether you want to invest anyway. If you do not affirmatively choose to invest, then your commitment will be cancelled, your funds will be returned to you, and you will not receive any securities.
Scope of Supply means the agreed Goods and/or Services to be delivered or performed under the Con- tract as set out in the Contract.
Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.
Billing address means the location indicated in the books and records of the taxpayer as the primary mailing address relating to a customer’s account as of the time of the transaction as kept in good faith in the normal course of business and not for tax avoidance purposes.
Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.
Established place of business means a permanent, enclosed commercial building located in this state that is easily accessible and open to the public at all reasonable times and at which a new motor vehicle dealer may legally conduct business, including the display and repair of motor vehicles, in compliance with the terms of all applicable buildings codes, zoning, and other land-use regulatory ordinances.
business name or "trade name" means the name of a licensed business as used by the licensee on signs and advertising.
Location as used in the Economic Load Response rules shall mean an end-use customer site as defined by the relevant electric distribution company account number.
Deviate sexual intercourse means any contact between the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person.
Principal place of business means the head office or registered office of the organisation within which the principal financial functions and operational control of the activities referred to in this Regulation are exercised;
Principal Location has the meaning assigned thereto in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Good Reason, above.
Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;
Regular place of business means an office at which the taxpayer carries on its business in a regular and systematic manner and which is continuously maintained, occupied and used by employees of the taxpayer.
Engaging in business means commencing, conducting, or continuing in business, and liquidating a business when the liquidator thereof holds itself out to the public as conducting such business. Making a casual sale is not engaging in business.
Buyer in ordinary course of business means a person that buys goods in good faith, without knowledge that the sale violates the rights of another person in the goods, and in the ordinary course from a person, other than a pawnbroker, in the business of selling goods of that kind. A person buys goods in the ordinary course if the sale to the person comports with the usual or customary practices in the kind of business in which the seller is engaged or with the seller's own usual or customary practices. A person that sells oil, gas, or other minerals at the wellhead or minehead is a person in the business of selling goods of that kind. A buyer in ordinary course of business may buy for cash, by exchange of other property, or on secured or unsecured credit, and may acquire goods or documents of title under a preexisting contract for sale. Only a buyer that takes possession of the goods or has a right to recover the goods from the seller under article 2 may be a buyer in ordinary course of business. The term does not include a person that acquires goods in a transfer in bulk or as security for or in total or partial satisfaction of a money debt.

Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
Business address means a single address of a governmental agency designated for the public to contact an employee or officer of the governmental agency.
