Scope of Use means the scope for which the Software or GLN Services can be Used, including restrictions on such Use, as identified in the Agreement.

Royalty: Travelport will pay the a Travelport License Fee as set forth in, and in accordance with, the procedure set forth in Section 1.3 of the Master License Agreement as consideration for, inter alia, all rights granted to it and its Affiliates hereunder.
