Scope of Use definition

Scope of Use means the scope for which the Software or GLN Services can be Used, including restrictions on such Use, as identified in the Agreement.
Scope of Use means Customer’s authorized scope of use for the Software specified in the applicable Order, which may include any user, copy, instance or other restrictions.
Scope of Use means the purpose, metric and volume of use for the Subscription Services and the Software, in each case, as specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • If Customer exceeds its Scope of Use, Atlassian may invoice for that excess use, and Customer will pay Atlassian promptly after invoice receipt.

  • Upon Atlassian’s written request, Customer will promptly confirm in writing whether its use of the Software Products is in compliance with the applicable Scope of Use.

  • Customer may only use Modifications with the Software Products, and only in accordance with this Agreement, including the Third-Party Code Policy, the Documentation, and Customer’s Scope of Use.

Scope of Use means the scope for which the Software can be Used, including restrictions on such Use, as identified in the Agreement.
Scope of Use means the Designated Computer(s), Designated Location(s), License Term, Platform, Business Purpose, Number of Trades, Number of Work Stations, Number of Developers, Number of Users, Volume Limit, Number of Production Databases, Number of Production Servers, and/or other restrictions or parameters as are stated in Section 5.5 or on the Order. Scope of Use shall not include the processing of any Acquired Business. Customer shall use the Solution in production to process Customer's business; provided that all increases in the Scope of Use require the execution of an amendment amending the Scope of Use.
Scope of Use means any user, seat, computer, field of use, location or other restrictions set forth in the applicable Order Form or Product-Specific Terms.

At anytime after the (***) anniversary date of the Effective Date, maintenance and support may be terminated upon (***) written notice to the other parties to this License Agreement. All users of Travelport Classic shall pay the applicable fees for such maintenance and support services directly to Orbitz, and any new users of Travelport Classic that choose to receive maintenance and support services shall also pay the applicable Maintenance and Support fees directly to Orbitz. The parties acknowledge that, at such time as Licensor is no longer both (a) providing support for any of Licensor’s users of Travelport Classic and (b) obligated to provide support to any users of Travelport Classic, the incremental cost of continuing to provide support to Licensees may be higher. Licensor shall provide Licensees with as much advanced notice of any materially higher costs as soon as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances. If any Licensee elects not to pay such higher costs, such Licensee will provide Licensor with written notice thereof, and Licensor will no longer be obligated to provide such support for such Licensee as of the date set forth in such notice (or if no date is set forth, then effective as of thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice).
Scope of Use shall have the meaning, if any, set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement; "Site" means a place at which Comodo agrees to provide the Subscription Service; "Selected Subscriber Data" means all of the Subscriber Data set out in the Schedule to this Agreement marked with the initials 'SSD'
