Screening Assay definition

Screening Assay means an Arena assay approach for Screening that has been validated based upon Successful Screening of a Taisho Activated Receptor.

  • FivePrime shall share the molecular identity of the Hits from each Screening Assay with GSK.

Screening Assay means an assay that is designed and carried out by the Parties pursuant to the Research Plan for screening the FivePrime Library (or a portion thereof as determined by the Working Group) for Targets or fragments thereof that are relevant in a Research Indication.
