Scrutineers definition

Scrutineers means up to three individuals who shall act as tellers in the counting of any show of hands or other vote or ballot taken at meetings.
Scrutineers means delegates appointed at an AGM/EGM, preferably representing the respective Regional Federations, for the purpose of conducting an election or counting the votes on Motions.
