Scrutiny Committee definition

Scrutiny Committee means the Committee of each Partner Authority responsible for the Scrutiny Arrangements in accordance with Section 21 of the 2000 Act;
Scrutiny Committee means the Committee or committees constituted under sub-section (1) of section 6 for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De- notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes or Special Backward Category for verification of the Caste Certificate and to perform the function of Scrutiny Committee under this Act;
Scrutiny Committee means a Committee constituted by PCB from time to time for the purpose of carrying out scrutiny of the City Cricket Associations affiliated with the Cricket Association or clubs affiliated with the City Cricket Associations;
