Seasonally high water table definition

Seasonally high water table means the upper limit of the shallowest zone of saturation which occurs in the soil, identified as prescribed in N.J.A.C. 7:9A-5.8.

  • Seasonal high water table means the highest zone of soil or rock that is seasonally or permanently saturated by a perched or shallow water table. A planar surface, below which all pores in rock or soil (whether primary or secondary) that is seasonally or permanently saturated.

  • Evaporative emissions means the hydrocarbon vapours lost from the fuel system of a motor vehicle other than those from exhaust emissions;

  • Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.

  • Anticipated State average revenue availability per student means the sum of all anticipated total county revenue availability divided by the average daily membership for the State.

It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0.   • Average Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.

  • Fresh water means water, such as tap water, that has not been previously used in a process operation or, if the water has been recycled from a process operation, it has been treated and meets the effluent guidelines for chromium wastewater.

  • Maximum Weighted Average Life Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Life of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral is less than or equal to 6.0 years.
