SEC Filings definition

SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • As of the date hereof, except as disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statements included in the Company SEC Filings, since January 1, 2010, no event has occurred and no relationship exists that would be required to be reported by the Company pursuant to Item 404 of Regulation S-K (each, an “Interested Party Transaction”).
