SEC Filings definition

SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • The SEC Filings are the only filings required of the Company pursuant to the 1934 Act for such period.

SEC Filings means any filings made by the Company with the Commission.
