SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

• The SEC Filings are the only filings required of the Company pursuant to the 1934 Act for such period.

• The Company and its Subsidiaries are engaged in all material respects only in the business described in the SEC Filings and the SEC Filings contain a complete and accurate description in all material respects of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

More Definitions of SEC Filings

SEC Filings means any filings made by the Company with the Commission.
