Second Extension Request definition

Second Extension Request as defined in Section 2.3(a)(ii).

Second Extension Request has the meaning given to that term in Clause 5.4 (Extension of Final Maturity Date for Facility B).

Examples of Second Extension Request in a sentence

• The First Extension Request and Second Extension Request are together referred to as “Extension Requests” and each as an “Extension Request”.

• If the Facility Agent receives a Second Extension Request it must promptly forward a copy of that request to the Lenders under Facility B.

• The Administrative Agent shall distribute any such Second Extension Request to the Lenders promptly following its receipt thereof.

• Each Lender approving the Second Extension Request shall deliver its written consent no later than the Second Response Date.

• The Agent shall provide written notice of such acceptance or rejection by the Lenders to the Borrower within ten (10) days of receipt of the Second Extension Request.
