Second Extension Term definition

Second Extension Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.3(b) below.

Examples of Second Extension Term in a sentence

• If the Company exercises its option to extend Employee's obligations for the Second Extension Term, the rights and obligations of the parties set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be applicable during the Second Extension Term.

• If the Company exercises its option to extend Employee's obligations as set forth in the preceding paragraph, then the Company shall have the option to extend Employee's obligations under Section 3.1 for one additional year (the "Second Extension Term") beyond the end of the First Extension Term.
