Second Lien Agents definition

Second Lien Agents means the Second Lien Administrative Agent, the Second Lien Collateral Agent and the Second Lien Syndication Agent, in their capacities as such.

Second Lien Agents means, collectively, the Notes Collateral Agent and each Additional Second Lien Agent.

More Definitions of Second Lien Agents

Second Lien Agents means, collectively, the 2025 Notes Collateral Agent (acting on behalf of the 2025 Noteholders and the 2026 Noteholders) and each Additional Second Lien Agent.
