Second Lien Credit Documents definition

Second Lien Credit Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and each other document executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the Credit Documents (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, as the same may be modified from time to time; provided that any such modification does not increase the principal amount thereof beyond the limit set forth in the First Lien Credit Agreement and is otherwise in accordance with the provisions of the First Lien Credit Agreement.

• On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall enter into the New Second Lien Credit Documents.

More Definitions of Second Lien Credit Documents

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second-Lien Credit Agreement, and the related guarantees, pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, notes and other agreements and instruments entered into in connection with the Second-Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and any related security, guaranty, or other documents.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Noteholder Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other "Loan Documents" as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, including, without limitation, the Second Lien Collateral Documents, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligations, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among any of the holders of the Second Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents has the meaning specified in the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Hillside-Ampex/Sherborne Agreement, the other Loan Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Secured Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Secured Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Second Lien Secured Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be modified or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; provided that any such modification does not increase the principal amount thereof beyond the aggregate principal amount of Second Lien Secured Obligations permitted under this Agreement on the date hereof.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, together with all other “Loan Documents” (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement).
