Second Lien Credit Documents definition

Second Lien Credit Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Credit Documents” (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement).

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments delivered at any time in connection with the foregoing, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

• On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall enter into the New Second Lien Credit Documents.

• Any such provision shall have no force and effect with respect to the granting of Adequate Protection Liens on such leasehold interest or the proceeds of any assignment and/or sale thereof by any Debtor in accordance with the terms of the U.S. First Lien Documents, the Second Lien Credit Documents, the Second Lien Indenture Documents or this Interim Order.

More Definitions of Second Lien Credit Documents

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the Credit Documents (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, as the same may be modified from time to time; provided that any such modification does not increase the principal amount thereof beyond the limit set forth in the First Lien Credit Agreement and is otherwise in accordance with the provisions of the First Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and any related security, guaranty, or other documents.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Noteholder Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other "Loan Documents" as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, including, without limitation, the Second Lien Collateral Documents, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligations, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among any of the holders of the Second Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents has the meaning specified in the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Hillside-Ampex/Sherborne Agreement, the other Loan Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Secured Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Secured Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Second Lien Secured Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be modified or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement; provided that any such modification does not increase the principal amount thereof beyond the aggregate principal amount of Second Lien Secured Obligations permitted under the Intercreditor Agreement on the date hereof.

Second Lien Credit Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, together with all other “Loan Documents” (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement).
