Second Lien Facilities definition

Second Lien Facilities has the meaning given to the term “Facility” (or equivalent) under and as defined in any Second Lien Facilities Agreement.

Second Lien Facilities means the notes under the Second Lien Indenture on the Effective Date.

Second Lien Facilities means the “Facility” referred to in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Second Lien Facilities

Second Lien Facilities means the second-lien term loan facilities contemplated by Section 2.01(a)(ii) and Section 2.24, if any.
