Second Lien Security Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other security documents executed and delivered in connection with any Second Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than any Security Documents that do not secure the Second Lien Obligations).

• If the new First Lien Obligations under the new First Lien Loan Documents are secured by assets of the Loan Parties of the type constituting Collateral that do not also secure the Second Lien Obligations, then the Second Lien Obligations shall be secured at such time by a second priority Lien on such assets to the same extent provided in the Second Lien Security Documents.

More Definitions of Second Lien Security Documents

Second Lien Security Documents means the Second-Lien Loan Agreement and any other agreement, document, mortgage or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) securing any Second-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified or Refinanced from time to time as permitted hereunder.

Second Lien Security Documents means each agreement, instrument or other document entered into in favor of a Second Lien Collateral Agent or a Second Lien Collateral Agent and any of the other Second Lien Secured Parties, for purposes of securing any Second Lien Obligations.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Term Loan Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Security Documents means the collective reference to each security agreement, pledge agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, collateral agreement, instrument or other document granting or perfecting a Lien on any asset or assets of any Person in accordance with the terms of the Prepetition Intercreditor Agreement to secure the obligations and liabilities of Holdings, the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries under the Second Lien Note Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional Second Lien Security Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Second Lien Pledge and Security Agreement and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Second Lien Obligations (including any Permitted Refinancing of any Second Lien Obligation) or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, together with any amendments, replacements, modifications, extensions, renewals or supplements to, or restatements of, any of the foregoing.

Second Lien Security Documents means any and all assignments, mortgages, debentures, pledges, guarantees and other security agreements of whatsoever kind now, heretofore, or hereafter executed and delivered by the Borrowers and the Material Subsidiaries in favour of any or all of the Second Lien Creditors (including in favour of the Second Lien Collateral Agent) or now, heretofore, or hereafter existing as security on or against any Collateral in favour of any or all of the Second Lien Creditors (including in favour of the Second Lien Collateral Agent), in each case, which secure payment or performance of the Second Lien Obligations.
