Second Lien Security Documents definition

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Term Loan Credit Agreement.

• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, until the Discharge of First Lien Secured Obligations has occurred, the First Lien Representatives shall be entitled to deal with the Pledged Collateral in accordance with the terms of the First Lien Loan Documents as if the Liens of the Second Lien Secured Parties under the Second Lien Security Documents did not exist.

More Definitions of Second Lien Security Documents

Second Lien Security Documents means all security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral agency agreements, control agreements or other grants or transfers for security executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of any of the Second Lien Secured Parties, in each case, as amended, modified, renewed, restated or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time, in accordance with its terms and Section 7.1.

Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional Second Lien Security Documents.

Second Lien Security Documents means the Second-Lien Mortgages and any other agreement, document, mortgage or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) by a Grantor securing any Second-Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified and/or Refinanced from time to time.

Second Lien Security Documents means each agreement entered into in favor of any Second Lien Authorized Representative for the purpose of securing any Series of Second Lien Obligations.
