Second Lien Term Loan Agent definition

Second Lien Term Loan Agent means Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor to Citicorp, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Second Lien Term Loan Credit Agreement, and any of its successors or assigns.

Second Lien Term Loan Agent means Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, solely in its capacity as administrative and collateral agent under the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any successor or assign thereto.

Second Lien Term Loan Agent means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as agent for the lenders under the Second Lien Term Loan Agreement, and its successors and assigns including under any replacement or refinancing with respect thereto.

• In such capacity, JPMCB shall be entitled to the benefits of Article 8 and Section 10.05 of the Second Lien Term Loan Agreement to the same extent as the Second Lien Term Loan Agent thereunder.

• Any such Assignment and Acceptance executed by the Second Lien Term Loan Agent in its capacity as Second Lien Term Loan Agent shall be deemed to also have been executed by the Second Lien Term Loan Agent in its capacity as subagent for and on behalf of the European Collateral Agent.

Second Lien Term Loan Agent means NewStar Financial, Inc., as administrative agent under the Second Lien Credit Agreement together with its permitted successors and assigns.
