Second Lien Trustee definition

Second Lien Trustee means the Original Second Lien Trustee, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of the Second Lien Substitute Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or other holders of the indebtedness and other obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby, together with its successors in such capacity.
Second Lien Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as trustee under the Second Lien Note Documents, and any successors and assigns in such capacity.
Second Lien Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association in its capacity as trustee under the Second Lien Indenture, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity from time to time, whether under the Original Second Lien Indenture or any subsequent Second Lien Indenture, as well as any Person designated as the “Trustee” under any Second Lien Indenture.
