Second Meeting definition

Second Meeting means the first New Meeting convened after adjournment of an Initial Meeting;

Second Meeting means a Meeting convened after adjournment for want of quorum of an Initial Meeting;

Second Meeting the evaluation committee shall meet to summarize its findings, to discuss them with the person being evaluated, and to develop plans for the ongoing evaluation in the next teaching semester (or for non- instructional faculty the next semester). During the ongoing evaluation process, the person being evaluated must be kept informed of all matters relating to the evaluation, and be assisted with any problems that may arise. Second Meeting means a meeting convened after adjournment for want of quorum of a First Meeting convened by means of the notice described in paragraph 4(b) below.
