Second Priority Secured Parties definition

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Second Priority Representative, the Second Priority Creditors and any other holders of the Second Priority Obligations.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Indenture Secured Parties and all other Persons holding any Second Priority Claims, including the collateral agent for any Future Second Lien Indebtedness.

Second Priority Secured Parties means (a) the Initial Second-Priority Secured Parties and (b) the Other Second-Priority Secured Parties, including the Second-Priority Representatives.

• The Senior Representatives, the Senior Secured Parties, the Second Priority Representatives and the Second Priority Secured Parties shall have no duty to advise any other party hereunder of information known to it or them regarding such condition or any such circumstances or otherwise.

• The rights of the Second Priority Agents and the Second Priority Secured Parties with respect to such Pledged Collateral shall at all times be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Second Priority Secured Parties

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Second Lien Credit Agreement Secured Parties and any Additional Second Priority Secured Parties.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Indenture Secured Parties and all other Persons holding any Second-Priority Claims, including the collateral agent for any Future Second-Lien Indebtedness.

Second Priority Secured Parties means, with respect to (a) any ABL Priority Collateral, the Term Loan/Notes Secured Parties, and (b) any Term Loan/Notes Priority Collateral, the ABL Secured Parties.

Second Priority Secured Parties means, at any time, (a) the Second Priority Creditors, (b) the Second Priority Trustee, (c) the Second Priority Agent, (d) each other Person to whom any of the Second Priority Claims (including indemnification obligations) is owed and (e) the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.

Second Priority Secured Parties means the Second Priority Trustee and the Holders of the Second Notes.

Second Priority Secured Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
