Section 5 definition

Section 5. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(f) of Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility) to this Agreement.
Section 5The employer agrees to replace the bargaining unit officer’s vest or body armor if such vest is worn or used in the line of duty. The vest will be replaced with the same or better quality and threat level. Vest replacement will be based upon manufacturer’s recommendation.

  • For purposes of this Section 5, Executive acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx conducts business in the Area and that the Area is a reasonable geographic limitation.

Section 5. The 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM and 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM shifts shall be supervised by no less than one sergeant inside the inner confines of the facility, provided this is not a regularly scheduled occurrence.
Section 5The City shall provide routine maintenance of the space at its own cost and shall be responsible for all utility costs, excluding telephone and internet service. The City shall perform all necessary repairs, replacements, and required maintenance with respect to general plumbing, wiring, roof, supporting structural member, and heating and cooling. Section 5. Recall: Custodians on lay-off status shall have the right to be recalled from layoff to positions in their former classification in the inverse order of lay-off. Custodians will be recalled to other classifications if the school district makes a determination that the custodian has the applicable qualifications, job skills, and acceptable past job performance. The employer agrees in exercising this right it will be done fairly and equitably. The right to recall shall expire after eighteen (18) months. Custodians on a lay-off status shall have the personal responsibility to keep the School District informed of their address for the purpose of a recall notice. Notice of recall shall be by direct contact or certified mail, return receipt requested, and in writing from the district office. The notice shall include the date of return to employment and the job classification of the vacancy. Custodians who do not report for employment within ten (10) calendar days as notified or who are on a layoff status for more than eighteen (18) months shall be terminated.
