Section 5 definition

Section 5. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(f) of Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility) to this Agreement.
Section 5. The employer agrees to replace the bargaining unit officer’s vest or body armor if such vest is worn or used in the line of duty. The vest will be replaced with the same or better quality and threat level. Vest replacement will be based upon manufacturer’s recommendation.

You understand that we have internal policies and procedures that are solely for our own purposes and do not impose on us a higher standard of care than otherwise would apply by law or this Agreement without such policies and procedures. General Rules. The following rules apply to your account:
Section 5. The City shall provide routine maintenance of the space at its own cost and shall be responsible for all utility costs, excluding telephone and internet service. The City shall perform all necessary repairs, replacements, and required maintenance with respect to general plumbing, wiring, roof, supporting structural member, and heating and cooling. However, the Lessee shall be responsible for (a) its equipment and any improvements the Lessee makes to the leased space or (b) repair costs associated with improper use by the Lessee of any structural members of the building or the mechanical systems that are used as part of the building.
Section 5. The 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM and 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM shifts shall be supervised by no less than one sergeant inside the inner confines of the facility, provided this is not a regularly scheduled occurrence.
