Each Party will restrict Confidential Information to individuals who need to know such Confidential Information and who are bound to confidentiality obligations at least as protective as the restrictions described in this Section 6.
Every contract or agreement entered into by the Developer which involves funds provided under this contract will have incorporated therein pursuant to subsection B of Section 6 of this contract.
Subject to the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.
