Section J. Patrol Officers shall have a right of first refusal when being called in on a prisoner watch.

Section J. Annual Review The Telework Agreement is to be reviewed annually. Use this section after the active Agreement has been reviewed by both the employee and the supervisor. If it is determined that the telework agreement will be modified, check the box indicating that it will be modified. Follow your department telework agreement modification process. If it is determined that there are no changes to be made to the previous year’s Agreement, check the appropriate box stating that there are no changes. Enter the year the review is taking place. Employee and Supervisor sign and date the agreement. Follow document retention and privacy guidelines.
Section J. Pension: Retirement benefits shall be in accordance with the applicable terms of Chapter 18 of the Xxx Arbor City Code in effect as of the date of this agreement except for the changes specifically provided for in this agreement.

On the Hospital’s observed holiday (the day which the Hospital designates as the holiday, such as Monday, December 26th for Christmas) the Case Management Department is staffed as a weekend day (that is, one staff member works from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.). Whenever a RNCM works on a Hospital observed holiday, she shall be paid the same as a weekend day.
