Secured Debt Collateral definition

Secured Debt Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3(a).
Secured Debt Collateral means the existing or hereafter acquired property of a Loan Party securing any of the Secured Debt.
Secured Debt Collateral defined on page 3 under the section titled "COLLATERAL AGENCY".
