Secured Hedge Agreements definition

Secured Hedge Agreements means each Swap Agreement that (i) is in effect on the Closing Date with a counterparty that is a Senior Lender or an Affiliate of a Senior Lender as of the Closing Date or (ii) is entered into after the Closing Date with any counterparty that is a Senior Lender or an Affiliate of a Senior Lender at the time such Swap Agreement is entered into.
Secured Hedge Agreements each Hedge Agreement permitted under Section 6.3 that is (i) entered into by and between the Borrower or any Guarantor and any Lender Counterparty and (ii) designated as a Secured Hedge Agreement by the Borrower in a written notice delivered to the Administrative Agent.
