Secured Note Indenture definition

Secured Note Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of May 19, 2020 (as amended, supplemented, extended, refinanced, replaced and/or otherwise modified from time to time) in respect of the $1,000,000,000 10.875% senior secured notes due 2023 and $2,320,000,000 11.50% senior secured notes due 2025, by and among the Borrower, as issuer, the guarantors party thereto from time to time, and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as trustee and as security agent.
Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture to be dated as of the Effective Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, in form reasonably satisfactory to each Initial Lender pursuant to which the Initial Secured Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Secured Note Indenture means that certain Indenture governing the Secured Notes, dated as October 8, 2019 (as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof) among the Debtor, as issuer, the Secured Note Indenture Trustee, and each Secured Noteholder from time to time party thereto.
