Secured Notes definition

Secured Notes. The Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes.
Secured Notes. The Class A Notes, authorized by, and authenticated and delivered under, this Indenture (as specified in Section 2.3) together with any additional Secured Notes issued pursuant to and accordance with this Indenture.
Secured Notes means $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2023 issued by the Borrower on the Effective Date under the Secured Notes Indenture.

  • Each party to this Indenture (as defined below) agrees as follows for the benefit of the other party and for the equal and ratable benefit of the Holders (as defined below) of the Company’s 9.0% Convertible Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2030 (the “Series 1 Notes”) and 11.5% Convertible Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2030 (the “Series 2 Notes” and, together with the Series 1 Notes, the “Notes”).

  • The aggregate principal amount of the 2029 Secured Notes that may be authenticated and delivered and Outstanding under the Indenture is not limited.

  • The 2029 Secured Notes will be redeemable, at the Company’s option, at any time prior to maturity in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6.

  • The aggregate principal amount of the 2029 Secured Notes shall initially be $500.0 million.


More Definitions of Secured Notes

Secured Notes means those 7.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Secured Notes Indenture.
