Secured Obligation definition

Secured Obligation means an obligation secured by a security interest;
Secured Obligation means an obligation the payment or performance of which is secured by a security agreement.
Secured Obligation has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02(a).

Examples of Secured Obligation in a sentence

  • If all or any part of any Secured Party’s interest in any Secured Obligation is assigned or otherwise transferred, the transferor’s rights hereunder, to the extent applicable to the obligation so transferred, shall be automatically transferred with such obligation.

  • Mortgagor shall promptly pay and perform each Secured Obligation in accordance with its terms.

  • During the continuance of an Event of Default, Agent may exercise, in addition to all other rights and remedies granted to it in this Agreement and in any other instrument or agreement securing, evidencing or relating to any Secured Obligation, all rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC or any other applicable law.
