Securities Accounts definition
Securities Accounts. (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
Securities Accounts means all present and future “securities accounts” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC), including all monies, “uncertificated securities,” and “securities entitlements” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC) contained therein.

More Definitions of Securities Accounts
Securities Accounts means all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC.
Securities Accounts means account number HON122.3 in the name “Honda Auto 2012-2 Owner Trust Reserve Fund Account” and account number HON122.4 in the name “Honda Auto 2012-2 Owner Trust Yield Supplement Account”, established with the Securities Intermediary, or an affiliate thereof, pursuant to the Indenture, together with any successor accounts established pursuant to the Indenture, or, after release of the lien of the Indenture, the Trust Agreement.
