Securities Guarantee definition
Securities Guarantee means each guarantee of the obligations of the Company under this Indenture and the Securities by a Guarantor in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Securities Guarantee means the Common Securities Guarantee and the Preferred Securities Guarantee.
Securities Guarantee means the Guarantee by each Guarantor of the Company’s Obligations under this Indenture and any series of Securities.

The failure to endorse a Securities Guarantee on any Security shall not affect or impair the validity thereof.
