Securities Regulatory Authorities definition

Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;
Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commissions or similar regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada, and the stock exchanges on which the Common Shares are listed for trading;
Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each of the Provinces and Territories of Canada that are responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • The Company shall prepare and, as soon as practicable, but in no event later than the Demand Registration Filing Deadline, file a Registration Statement with the SEC and/or the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities, as applicable, and the Company shall include in such Registration Statement all Registrable Securities set forth in such Demand Registration Request.

  • The Company shall prepare and file with the SEC and/or the applicable Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities, a Shelf Supplement as soon as practicable after the date on which it received the Shelf Takedown Notice.

Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commissions and similar regulatory authorities listed in Appendix C of National Instrument 14-101 Definitions;
