Securities Rights definition

Securities Rights means all voting and other rights and remedies in respect of any of the Pledged Securities, and all securities, interest or other distributions and any other right or property which the Pledgor shall receive or shall become entitled to receive for any reason whatsoever with respect to, in replacement for, in substitution for or in exchange for any of the Pledged Securities, in which the Pledgor now has or hereafter acquires any right.
Securities Rights means, in respect of any securities or assets, any options, warrants or other rights (other than Share-Related Securities) which by their terms of issue carry a right to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire such securities or assets;
Securities Rights means, with respect to the Company Common Stock (whether issued or unissued) or any other securities convertible into or exchangeable for the Company Common Stock, and includes all written or unwritten contractual rights relating to the issuance, sale, assignment, transfer, purchase, redemption, conversion, exchange, registration or voting of the Company Common Stock and all rights conferred by the Company's governing documents and by any applicable agreement.

  • There are no Securities Rights relating to any shares of capital stock, other equity interests or other securities of any of the Subsidiaries.
