Securities Transactions definition
Securities Transactions means (a) securities lending arrangements, and (b) repurchase and reverse repurchase arrangements with respect to securities and financial instruments.

Securities Transactions means the purchase and/or sale of Securities and/or the arrangement of the purchase and/or sale of Securities subject to the conditions laid down in the Terms and Conditions.
