Securitization Agent definition

Securitization Agent means any trustee, custodian, collateral agent, paying agent or other Person that is authorized to act on behalf of the owner(s) of a Securitization Contract in connection with a Securitization.
Securitization Agent means BMO ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc.;
Securitization Agent means PNC, as the administrative agent under the Securitization Documents.

  • Each of the Seller and the Servicer shall be entitled to and be fully protected in relying on any instruction made or given by the Securitization Agent, and shall have no liability to the Trust in respect of such reliance.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Securitization Agent may waive any Trigger Event in its sole discretion and, if given, such waiver shall be irrevocable.
