Securitization Entities definition

Securitization Entities has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Master Issuer and the Guarantors, and each Subsidiary thereof.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Co-Issuers and the Guarantors.

Examples of Securitization Entities in a sentence

  • None of the Securitization Entities has reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage, in all material respects, as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage, in all material respects, from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business at a cost that would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • If the Trustee is so requested or determines in its own discretion to make such further inquiry or investigation into such facts or matters as it sees fit, the Trustee shall be entitled to examine the books, records and premises of the Securitization Entities, personally or by agent or attorney, at the sole cost of the Issuer and the Trustee shall incur no liability by reason of such inquiry or investigation.

  • All such policies of insurance of the Securitization Entities are in full force and effect and the Securitization Entities are in compliance with the terms of such policies in all material respects.

  • All rights and remedies from time to time conferred upon or reserved to the Securitization Entities, the Trustee, the Control Party, the Back-Up Manager and the Noteholders or to any or all of the foregoing are cumulative, and none is intended to be exclusive of another or any other right or remedy which they may have at law or in equity.


More Definitions of Securitization Entities

Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Securitization Issuers, the Securitization Guarantors, the Tower Notes Asset Entities and any other Asset Entities (as such term or any analogous term is defined in the applicable Securitization Indenture).
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Issuer and the Guarantors. For the avoidance of doubt, FAT Brands does not and shall not at any time constitute a “Securitization Entity”.
Securitization Entities means (a) Colony American Finance 2015-1, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, (b) Colony American Finance 2015-1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (c) Colony American Finance 2016-1, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, (d) Colony American Finance 2016-1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (e) Colony American Finance 2016-2, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and (f) Colony American Finance 2016-2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Securitization Entities means each of TPG Holdings I FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings II FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings III FundingCo, L.P., TPG Holdings I FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings II FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings III FinanceCo, L.P., TPG Holdings I FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings II FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings III FundingCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings I FinanceCo GP, LLC, TPG Holdings II FinanceCo GP, LLC and TPG Holdings III FinanceCo GP, LLC and any other entity formed for the purpose of engaging in or facilitating structured or securitization financing and other activities reasonably related thereto (whether now existing or formed after the issue date of the Initial Notes).
Securitization Entities means, collectively, Funding Holdco, Wingstop Franchisor and the Issuer.
Securitization Entities means, collectively, the Issuer and the Guarantors. For the avoidance of doubt, Twin Hospitality does not and shall not at any time constitute a “Securitization Entity”.
