In the event you are ineligible to be Program certified, you agree to develop and implement a plan to enhance security procedures in accordance with the recommendations to meet C-TPAT Minimum Security Criteria (including, but not limited to, GPS tracking, cellular contact, and detection capabilities), AEO, PIP or similar programs.
