Security Device definition

Security Device means any passwords, User identification numbers, certificates, or other form(s) of authentication or security used to access the Service.
Security Device means an electronic device used to generate the Security Code.
Security Device means a physical device that generates random numbers which are used to authorise certain actions in ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

  • If any Lender shall elect to have this Lease and/or any Option granted hereby superior to the lien of its Security Device and shall give written notice thereof to Lessee, this Lease and such Options shall be deemed prior to such Security Device, notwithstanding the relative dates of the documentation or recordation thereof.
