Security Event definition

Security Event means an immediately reportable subset of security incidents which incident would include:

• The Contractor must securely erase: records that contain Protected Information and Tenancy Security Event Logs when instructed in writing by the Province; and any backup, transitory and extra copies of records that contain Protected Information or Tenancy Security Event Logs when no longer needed in relation to this Agreement.

Security Event means any compromise, or threat that gives rise to a reasonable likelihood of compromise, by unauthorized access or inadvertent disclosure impacting the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of PERSONAL INFORMATION of at least 500 United States consumers held or stored within the EQUIFAX NETWORK, including but not limited to a data breach. For purposes of this definition, “availability” shall not include an intentional limitation on the availability of PERSONAL INFORMATION, such as for purposes of performing maintenance on the EQUIFAX NETWORK.

Security Event means any compromise, or threat that gives rise to a reasonable likelihood of compromise, by unauthorized access or inadvertent disclosure impacting the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Personal Information of consumers where such Personal Information is held or stored within Defendant’s networks, including but not limited to a data breach.

Security Event has the meaning specified in Section 7.1(e).

Security Event means any compromise that results in unauthorized access to or acquisition of Personal Information owned, licensed, or maintained by CafePress.

Security Event means any act, successful or unsuccessful, to gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt, misuse, tamper with, or alter, any Nonpublic Information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the information about potential subjects that Institution receives from the Sponsor’s or any of its affiliates’ clinical trial website (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) via Sponsor’s subcontractor who administers the website. Sponsor Personal Data shall not include original trial subject or patient medical records, research notebooks, source documents, or other routine internal documents kept in the Institution’s ordinary course of business operations, which shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Institution or medical provider. “Technical and Organisational Security Measures” shall mean those appropriate measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidential or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. “Third Party Institution” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 2.5.c).
