Security Interests definition

Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral granted hereunder securing the Secured Obligations.
Security Interests means the security interests granted pursuant to Section 2, as well as all other security interests created or assigned as additional security for the Secured Obligations pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral created hereby.

  • The Chargor shall not do, or permit to be done, anything which could prejudice the Security Interests.

  • In particular, to obtain required approvals from South Korea Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) prior to the enforcement of the Security Interests and make disclosures mentioned in Clause 4.1 of the Management Agreement.

  • If all or any part of the Security Interests are enforced at a time when no amount is due under this Deed but any such amount may or will become due, the Chargee or the Receiver may pay the proceeds of any recoveries effected by it into a suspense account.


More Definitions of Security Interests

Security Interests means all security interests registered on the PPSR over Included Chattels and Improvements;
Security Interests means the Liens on the Collateral created by the Security Documents in favor of the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders.

Security Interests means any mortgage, pledge, lien, charge, assignment, hypothecation or security interest or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect.
