  • You must, within 30 days of such termination, return to FRAMECAD all copies of the Software, all Security Keys, all Confidential Information, all copies of the Documentation and delete or remove any installed Software, unless you have entered into a new software license agreement, paid the applicable license fee under that new software license agreement and FRAMECAD has notified you that you may continue to use the same Software, Documentation and/or Security Key.

  • FRAMECAD retains all right, title and interest, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to the Security Key.
