Security Management Plan definition

Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;
Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Security) a draft of which has been provided by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with paragraph 3.2 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Security) and as updated from time to time;
Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 99 of Call Off Schedule 7 (Security) a draft of which has been provided by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with paragraph 99 of Call Off Schedule 7 (Security) and as updated from time to time;

Examples of Security Management Plan in a sentence

  • If the Customer does not approve the Security Management Plan following its resubmission, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • After Buyer approval the Security Management Plan and Information Security Management System will apply during the Term of this Call-Off Contract.

Security Management Plan means the Supplier’s security management plan prepared pursuant to Schedule 1 to these Call-Off Terms as updated from time to time with the agreement of the Customer,
