Security Release Certification definition

Security Release Certification means a security release certification in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit K hereto.

Security Release Certification means the certification executed by the Sponsor and a lienholder with respect to one or more Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.

Security Release Certification means a security release certification in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.

Examples of Security Release Certification in a sentence

• If any of the Loans has at any time been subject to any security interest, pledge or hypothecation for the benefit of any Person, the Seller shall deliver to the Department a Security Release Certification, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto executed by such Person.

• If any of the Eligible Loans are subject to any security interest, pledge or hypothecation for the benefit of any Person, the Sponsor shall deliver to the Department a fully executed Security Release Certification with respect to such Eligible Loans.

• With respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan that is subject to a security interest (including any precautionary security interest) immediately prior to the Purchase Date, Buyer shall have received a Security Release Certification substantially in form attached hereto as Exhibit F (a “Security Release Certification”) for such Purchased Mortgage Loan that is duly executed by the related secured party and Seller.

• With respect to each Loan that is subject to a security interest (including any precautionary security interest) immediately prior to the Purchase Date for the related Transaction, Buyer shall have received a Security Release Certification for such Loan that is duly executed by the related secured party and the related Seller.

• With respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan that is subject to a security interest (including any precautionary security interest) immediately prior to the Purchase Date, Buyer shall have received a Security Release Certification substantially in form attached hereto as Exhibit H or in such form and substance reasonably approved by the Buyer (a “Security Release Certification”) for such Purchased Mortgage Loan that is duly executed by the related secured party and Seller.

More Definitions of Security Release Certification

Security Release Certification. As defined in Section 2.2 hereof. Seller: Either SMI or any Warehouse Seller. As to any SMI Mortgage Loans, SMI; as to any Warehouse Mortgage Loans, the related Warehouse Seller.

Security Release Certification means any release of lien documentation executed by the applicable lienholder with respect to one or more Loans in a form reasonably acceptable to the Department.
