Security Trust Deed definition

Security Trust Deed means the Security Trust Deed executed by, inter alia, the Borrower, the Guarantor, the Collateral Agent, the Facility Agent, the Original Secured Creditors (as defined therein) and the Delegate Collateral Agent and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit P or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Facility Agent.
Security Trust Deed means the Security Trust Deed dated on or about the date of this Confirmation between Party B, the Manager, the Relevant Note Trustee and P.T. Limited ABN 67 004 454 666.
Security Trust Deed means any security trust deed to be executed by, among others, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent and any Loan Party granting security over U.K. or Irish assets of any Loan Party.
