Segregated Bank Account definition

Segregated Bank Account means a current or deposit account, established and maintained with an Authorised Financial Institution or with an organization approved by the SFC pursuant to the Client Money Rules, in the name of the Company and in the title of which the word "client", "segregated", "non-house" or such other similar word or phrase appears; 「獨立銀行帳戶」指根據客戶款項規則,以本公司名義在認可金融機構或證監會核准的組織開立或維持的往來或存款帳戶,帳名中應含有「客戶」、「獨立」、「非所方」或其他類似語句;
