Any amount that is allocated to a Segregated Fund is invested at the risk of the contract owner and may increase or decrease in value.
If, in accordance with any of the provisions of the Plan, assets are either deposited initially or transferred to a Segregated Fund for the benefit of a Participant, the Plan Administrator shall establish and maintain a Segregated Account for the Participant.
In the event that the Units are held in more than one Segregated Fund, the cancellation of Units will be effected in the same proportion as the Unit value held in each Segregated Fund.
