Segregated Fund definition

Segregated Fund means the funds available under the policy as mentioned in policy terms and conditions.
Segregated Fund means the funds available under this Policy as mentioned in Part E of the Policy.
Segregated Fund means funds earmarked in respect of Unit Linked business.

  • Any amount that is allocated to a Segregated Fund is invested at the risk of the contract owner and may increase or decrease in value.

  • If, in accordance with any of the provisions of the Plan, assets are either deposited initially or transferred to a Segregated Fund for the benefit of a Participant, the Plan Administrator shall establish and maintain a Segregated Account for the Participant.

Segregated Fund. Assets held in the name of the Trustee which have been segregated from the Trust Fund in accordance with any of the provisions of the Plan.
