Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder definition
Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder means the Bidder selected pursuant to this RfS to set up the Project and supply electrical output as per the terms of PPA.
Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder means the shortlisted Bidder whom Letter of Award is issued by NDMCSCL as per the term and conditions of Bid document;
