Seller Capital Stock definition

Seller Capital Stock means the Seller Common Stock and the Seller Preferred Stock.

Seller Capital Stock means the shares of capital stock of Seller, including, without limitation, the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Seller.

Seller Capital Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

• If the Representative shall be unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity, his successor, who will serve and exercise the powers of the Representative hereunder, will be named by those persons holding a majority of the shares of Seller Capital Stock.

Seller Capital Stock means the Seller Common Stock, the Seller Series A Junior Participating Preferred Stock, the Seller Series B Junior Participating Preferred Stock and all other shares of all series and classes of capital stock of Seller, taken together.
