Seller Entity definition

Seller Entity means the Seller and its respective Affiliates (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries).
Seller Entity or “Seller Entities” means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Seller and any Affiliate of Seller.

  • The information set forth in the lease operating statements with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by such Seller Entity set forth in Schedule 4.25 is true and accurate in all material respects for the time periods covered thereby, subject to ordinary course reconciliations.
