Seller Group Member definition
Seller Group Member means Seller and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.
Seller Group Member means the Sellers, their respective Affiliates and their respective agents and attorneys and their respective successors and assigns.
Seller Group Member means Seller, its Affiliates, each of their successors and assigns, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.

For a period of five (5) years from the Closing Date, the Seller shall, and shall cause each Seller Group Member to, keep such Confidential Information confidential and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Buyer, disclose such Confidential Information to any Person.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the limitations set forth in this Section 5.4(b) shall not apply to any Damages which any Seller Group Member actually suffers as a result of any claim based on actual fraud or intentional misrepresentation of the Buyer.
More Definitions of Seller Group Member
Seller Group Member means any member of the Seller Group.
