Seller Representatives definition

Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

Seller Representatives means Seller and its members, partners or shareholders, as the case may be, and its Affiliates and its and their respective successors and assigns, and the officers, board of directors and/or managers, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing Persons.

Seller Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

Examples of Seller Representatives in a sentence

• Seller shall ensure that it is in compliance with all Federal and state employment laws and regulations governing verification of eligibility of employment for individuals hired by Seller or Seller Representatives prior to permitting such persons to perform Services.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Buyer may scrap any such defective parts, which are beyond economic repair and not required for technical evaluation locally, with the agreement of the Seller Representative(s).

• Seller and Seller Representatives have the relevant experience and specialized knowledge to perform the Services.

More Definitions of Seller Representatives

Seller Representatives means the representatives of the Seller referred to in Clause 15.2.
