Seller Subordination Agreement definition

Seller Subordination Agreement means, individually and collectively, (a) the Seller Subordination Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among Agent, Innovex and Xxx X. Xxxxxxx, as amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with its terms, (b) the Seller Subordination Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among Agent, Innovex and QCI Interests, a Limited Liability Partnership, a Texas limited liability partnership, as amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with its terms, and (c) the Seller Subordination Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among Agent, Innovex and Enerserv Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, as amended, restated or otherwise modified in accordance with its terms.

Seller Subordination Agreement means the Subordination Agreement dated as of the Initial Closing Date by and among the Sellers, the Original Lenders, the Agent and Parent, substantially in the form of Exhibit H to the Original Securities Purchase Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
